Mission In the Latin American QFD Association our mission is to be an active space for the interchange of concepts, practices and experiences that
promote the deployment and application of QFD in Latin America, in order to facilitate the design of competitive product and services.
Commitment Our commitment is to provide all our associates relevant and opportune information, that allow them maximize both the tangible and
intangible benefits of the adequate application of QFD and its related tools.
Associates The Latin American QFD Association has as associates college graduates and professionals from different academic and business backgrounds,
that share the interest in the design, development, innovation and improvement of product and services. Since almost all of our associates are Latin Americans, we are publishing most of our material in
Spanish. Nevertheless, we welcome and appreciate contributions, questions and comments in English.
